We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from the Official Port Vale FC Store. If you are not happy with your items, you can return them within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in original condition.

Return Process

  Ensure the items are unworn, with original tags attached, and include your completed returns form inside the parcel.

  Generate Return Label

  Visit our online returns portal to download your prepaid shipping label or find the official return address for the Valiants' club shop.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier point or local post office and ensure you keep your proof of postage receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 7-10 working days.
